TWD S7E16 “The First Day Of The Rest Of Your Life”: Here we see the Saviors arrive as a group. Rick patiently awaits their arrival and when he sees Eugene reveal that he is with the Saviors he signals Rosita to detonate the explosives. Realizing they fail to detonate The Scavengers then turn on our survivors and admit they received a better deal from The Saviors. Negan reveals he has Sasha in a coffin and that Rick must choose one person to die. Rick wants to see Sasha and so Negan opens the casket, only to reveal a walker version of Sasha. On the ride over to ASZ she had eaten the poison pill Eugene had crafted and by the time they arrived she had already turned. RIP Sasha
